This webinar is focused on enhancing the quality of consultation notes in endocrinology. As healthcare transitions from traditional documentation to electronic medical records, issues such as note bloat and its impact on primary care providers have become increasingly challenging. This webinar will explore strategies for creating clear, efficient, and collaborative consultation notes, with attention to improving access and streamlining transitions.  It will also revisit insights from previous projects on essential note elements and discuss considerations for pediatric endocrinology.

  • Improve the efficiency, clarity, relevance, and structure of endocrinology consultation notes to ensure they effectively support primary care providers and other stakeholders. (CanMEDS: Communicator)
